Three Sessions, Each Designed Around a Real Household Need
Whether your family wants to talk more clearly, sort its paperwork, or have a steady reference library to draw on — Hearthline has a session built for that.
← Back to HomeHow a Hearthline Session Works
Every session starts with a brief introductory exchange — either by phone or message — so that we understand what your household is hoping to get from the time. We review that before we meet and arrive prepared.
Sessions are conducted in a private, comfortable room at our Ratchaprarop Road office. We move at a pace that suits the household, pause for questions, and close with a short written summary of what was covered.

Family Communication Workshop
A supportive, general-education workshop on calm, respectful conversation skills that families can use when discussing shared matters. Suited to households wanting practical, everyday conversation tools. This is skills education only and not advice on any individual situation.
The workshop is structured around three themes: how to raise a topic without causing defensiveness, how to listen in a way the other person actually feels, and how to keep a conversation moving when it stalls. Each theme includes short examples and discussion.
- Practical conversation frameworks for everyday household topics
- Skills for raising sensitive subjects respectfully
- Listening techniques that reduce misunderstanding
- Small group (max 4 households) or single-household format
- Written summary of key points provided after the session
Duration
Approximately 2.5 hours, including a short break
Format
Facilitated group discussion — general education, not individual counselling
Duration
Two to three hours depending on volume of paperwork
Format
Hands-on administrative session — organising and labelling support only
Document Organisation Help
An administrative session to help families sort and label shared paperwork into a clear, easy-to-find system. Ideal for households with scattered records they want arranged. Organising and information support only, with no advice on personal decisions.
We work through the paperwork with you — creating a simple category structure, labelling each category clearly, and setting up a physical or digital folder system that your household can maintain going forward. We do not read or comment on the content of any document.
- Custom category structure designed around your household
- Clear labelling system you can continue independently
- Guidance on what to keep, archive, or dispose of safely
- Brief follow-up check-in offered one month later
- Session summary with the system we set up together

Standards That Apply to Every Offering
Session Confidentiality
Nothing shared in a session is discussed outside it. We store only what is necessary for follow-up contact.
Scope Stated Upfront
Every session starts with a clear description of what it covers — and what it does not. No surprises partway through.
Post-Session Follow-Up
A written summary arrives within two business days. For document sessions, a brief check-in is offered at the one-month mark.
Prepared Facilitators
We review each household's enquiry before arriving. Sessions are always tailored to what you told us, not improvised on the day.
General Education Only
Nothing we provide constitutes individual advice. We explain processes and options in general terms and refer families onward when needed.
